This product is exclusive to RMD, they are rubber grains encapsulated in colour, being the star product for playgrounds due to its resistance and versatility for the realisation of continuous floors for playgrounds, and with all the advantages offered by elastic floors, and at a much lower cost than other materials, as it is a product of recycled origin. Another of its great advantages is that it is a repairable pavement.
EPDM
The perfect match for Tracktech ®.
Ethylene propylene diene rubber (EPDM) is the perfect partner for Tracktech ®, available in more than 20 attractive colours, provides a spectacular touch to floors, and is fully combinable with Tracktech ®. We recommend its use in the areas of greatest friction, such as the exit area of slides, the lower area of swings, etc.
Elastech ®
The Elastic Base.
A fundamental but invisible part of every playground is the Elastic Base, it is the surface created from rubber shot that is used as the first layer or base layer for other surfaces, providing it with resistance and elasticity. Its thickness varies depending on the height of the games to comply with the EN1177 standard, in compliance with what the standard establishes in relation to the Determination of the Critical Fall Height (HIC).
TracktechBinder®
To bind rubber flooring.
This product is used as a binder for the installation of floors ‘in situ’, it is an optimized formula for this use, it is a strong and resistant resin, with good dimensional stability and high insulating properties. To learn how to use it properly with our products visit our Installation Guide.

Figures for playgrounds.
